Ana is LitCo’s litigation agent, and she works inside each matter. Give Ana a chronology or a memo to write. She searches the case documents, gives Bates citations for what she relies on, and saves her Word draft to the matter’s files.

Review notes pull the key quotes from every document. Load the other side’s production or your own documents, assign batches to reviewers, and code each document in the viewer. When you produce your own documents, Ana flags the privileged ones to withhold, and LitCo produces the rest with Bates stamps and a privilege log. Ana can also run a first-pass review against criteria you write, pull documents by Bates number, and draft a chronology cited to the record.
Write review criteria in plain English, and Review & Tag codes every document in the collection against them. You or Ana can start the run. LitCo records a tag and a rationale for each document, and reviewers watch the tags appear on the board during the run. When the run finishes, reviewers check it against a blind sample they code themselves.

Each matter comes with Files, which holds pleadings, productions, correspondence and work product. Tell Ana which document you need, and she finds it and attaches it in the chat. When Ana drafts a document, she saves the Word file in Files, next to the record.

Search opinions yourself with Ana beside every result, or give Ana the question and read her cited findings next to the results. Opinions show their treatment history wherever LitCo’s citator has treatment data for the case. Cite-check a brief against the cases and the record.

Give Ana a task, such as a chronology or a memo on the documents tagged Hot. She plans the steps, searches the record, reads the documents, and writes the draft. She stops when the draft is done or when a lawyer needs to decide something. Ana writes Word documents and Excel workbooks and keeps notes on the matter between sessions.
Give Ana an assignment in the matter chat, and she plans the steps and delivers a draft.
Ana reads the matter’s documents, using your team’s tags, review-run results and her own searches of the record. She researches the legal questions in Research and drafts a memo. LitCo saves the draft to the matter’s files in the format you asked for, such as a Word document.
Ana works through the steps on her own and cites the Bates number or the case for what she relies on in her draft. Or work next to Ana in the sidebar while you review documents, research, or draft in Word.
Once a lawyer approves, she files your email, sends the invites and serves the production. Have Ana pull the operative complaint, find the brief where you made an argument last spring, or save her memo to the matter’s files. She reads those files when she reviews documents or researches the law.
