LitLex is Litco’s research library. Coverage runs from the Supreme Court through every federal circuit, and district opinions arrive within the day. Every state supreme court’s new decisions are added the same day, over an archive of more than 900,000 state opinions. Opinions are held in full text, so a quotation can be checked against the reporter page itself. Statutes and the Code of Federal Regulations are refreshed daily, and each section shows its currency date and any pending amendments from the Federal Register.

Open an opinion and the treatment history sits at the top of the page, along with the date the law is current through. AI reads every citing decision to judge whether the case is still good law. A case is flagged as overruled only when two independent AI readings agree, and close calls go to a stronger model capable of more nuance before any flag appears.
Every judge in the corpus has a page, 10,539 of them, built from the opinions themselves. Each page shows what the judge has written year by year, the authorities the judge cites most, who cites the judge in turn, and how the judge’s decisions have fared on review. The incumbent platforms sell judge analytics as a premium add-on, and on Litco the judge pages are part of the library.
