Every matter’s files, in LitSpace.
LitSpace is the matter’s file home, holding pleadings, court orders, discovery, productions, correspondence, depositions, and work product in one tree that the whole team and the Matter Agent share. Drafts the Matter Agent delivers are filed here, next to the record they cite.
Word documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs open in the browser, with full-text search across the matter’s files.
Share a file or a whole production outside the firm under a password or a one-time email code, with an expiry date, as original files or as watermarked copies that stamp each recipient’s identity on every page. A share can carry Bates numbering or continue a prior production’s range, and the volume appears on the matter’s Productions page so the team can find it later. Outside recipients read free: no seat, no license, no account.
Each user carries a private Home folder per matter, for notes and drafts not ready to share. Access control applies on every read and every write, including the Matter Agent’s.
The Matter Agent works in your files.
Ask for a file and the Matter Agent fetches the file. Ask what a folder holds and the Matter Agent reads the folder. Deliverables arrive as real Word documents, filed where the team expects them.
